[Position] Project Manager(6년 이상)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for managing various company-wide projects under the general direction of PMO director while monitoring/supporting company-wide initiatives that are meant to enhance INSPIRE’s operational efficiency and develop key growth drivers. The PM will work across multiple divisions, facilitate effective collaboration among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, capable of driving projects to completion.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Identify and (co-) lead company-wide initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to growth of the company, with relevant stakeholders across various departments

• Track and manage department-level initiatives’ progress, and ensure all initiatives are aligned with company-wide strategy and objectives

• Set priorities among initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and resource availability

Management Process Optimization

• Implement structured decision-making process and standardized meeting/reporting formats to enhance management process

• Contribute to enhancement core management processes to improve transparency and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables

• Support key stakeholders and departments in executing abovementioned initiatives by facilitating cross-department collaboration and resolving conflicts

KPI Monitoring and Performance Improvement

• Develop & monitor key performance indicators across departments

• Identify key improvement levers based on KPI’s and launch new initiatives based on them

Key Competencies

• Cross-Domain Leadership: Proven ability to manage critical projects

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Project Management Excellence: Apply best practices in managing project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

• Risk Awareness: Identify risks early and ensure timely escalation and mitigation.

• Adaptability: Ability to learn and apply new concepts across different technological domains.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management or a related field

• Minimum of at least six (6) years of Project Management experience at the manager or above level

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Knowledge of Hospitality, Gaming and Entertainment Industry preferred

• Fluent English & Korean written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean

• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Office Work Environment

• Be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time

• Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions

• Be able to work flexible hours, travel and frequent trips

• Must be willing to work flexible to support resort operations.

• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.

• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
