INPSIRE Entertainment Resort의 Procurement 팀에서 구매 업무를 업무를 담당해주실 Buying Manager를 채용합니다. 대규모 시설, 특히 복합 리조트 및 글로벌 브랜드 호텔 체인 등에서 구매 관련 업무 경력이 있으신 분은 우대하며, 구매 관련 시스템 도입 프로젝트 유경험자 등은 우대합니다. 전체 경력 7년 이상 경력자 중 Leadership level 경험 최소 3년 이상이신 분에 한하여 지원 가능합니다.

Description
Depending on the size and type of the Resort, the responsibilities of the Sr. Buying Manager might require direct assistance and may require the position of an assistance. The responsibilities will then be assigned as per the Director of Procurement job Description
Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of purchasing, receiving, storage and inventory control
- Provide leadership and support to the Procurement team
- Vendor negotiations, including strategy, communication, and achieving positive results
- Monitor vendors for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specifications
- Research and identify new products and services for the Resort in the market.
- Monitors all cost in the Materials Department and initiates and maintains measures to control these as aggressively as possible
- Contributes to all forecasting and business planned activities by providing historical information and cost projections
- Involved in the annual Finance Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of associates
- Responsible for the issuing and distribution of inventory items within the Resort, and for the accurate and timely allocation of costs to user department
- Participate in bidding and operation of necessary outsourcing works within the Resort.
Qualifications/Experience
- University degree or College diploma
- More than 7+ years’ Procurement work experiences
- Preferred Hospitality work background
Technical Skills
- Knowledgeable in the use of MS office and Outlook
- Knowledgeable of provincial legislation on Employment Standards, Occupational Health & Safety and Hygiene
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written
- A team player with strong analytical skills, integrity, strong sense of responsibility to complete assignments on time, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
