Role Overview
This position oversees all sound operations for Arena events, including system planning, setup, tuning, live operation, and team leadership. The Supervisor works closely with the Audio Assistant Manager and ensures professional sound quality across all in-house and rental events.
Principal Duties
- Lead sound system planning, setup, tuning, and operation for all Arena events
- Review production riders and create system configuration plans (signal flow, RF, console structure, etc.)
- Supervise load-in, installation, operation, and load-out of audio equipment
- Operate digital consoles, PA systems, playback devices, wireless microphones, amplifiers, and more
- Respond to technical issues and conduct troubleshooting during rehearsals and performances
- Oversee equipment maintenance, cleaning, and preventive inspections
- Manage inventory, maintenance logs, and usage records
- Lead the Audio team, assign tasks, and train staff
- Coordinate with Lighting, Video, Stage, and FM&E teams

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sound Engineering, Theater Production, or related field + 6+ years of relevant experience

- Strong experience with digital consoles, PA systems, and RF systems
- Stage Art Expert Certificate (Sound, Level 2 or higher) preferred

2) Audio Sr. Coordinator(4~6년 이상)
Role Overview
This position supports sound system setup, operation, and maintenance for Arena events. The Senior Coordinator works closely with the Sound Supervisor and Audio Assistant Manager to ensure stable and efficient audio operations.
Principal Duties
- Support sound setup, tuning, and operation for Arena events
- Assist with implementing system configurations and signal routing plans
- Operate digital consoles, playback devices, microphones, and amplifiers

Principal Duties
- Assist with basic sound equipment setup and strike for rehearsals and events
- Operate basic audio equipment (microphones, cabling, playback devices, monitors)
- Support patching, stage setup, and console preparation
- Perform equipment checks, cleaning, and simple maintenance
- Support equipment movement and inventory management
- Assist troubleshooting simple on-site issues
- Work collaboratively with other technical teams
- Follow all Arena safety and operational guidelines
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 2+ years of relevant experience
- Without a degree: 4+ years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of live sound systems and signal flow

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Extensive experience in live sound operation, mixing, and system management across diverse event types.
