Position Summary:

This Application System Analyst position focuses on supporting the robust operation and continuous improvement of IT systems crucial for Inspire Entertainment Resort, including our next-generation cloud-based PMS, POS, Membership, Leisure system, Payments etc. platforms. The role involves analyzing system performance, identifying operational efficiencies, and implementing solutions, which includes hands-on development of internal applications and contribution to infrastructure automation. It's an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with a passion for emerging technologies to grow expertise in system analysis, operations, and software development within a dynamic environment. You will also be responsible for supporting business users, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with Technical Project Managers on new initiatives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

핵심 시스템 운영 및 안정화 지원(Core System Operations and Stabilization Support):

• 클라우드 기반 PMS/POS/Membership 등 시스템을 포함한 리조트 핵심 IT 어플리케이션의 운영 및 유지보수 활동 지원

• Windows/Linux 서버 (AD, GPO, IIS 포함) 운영 및 자동화 활동 보조

• Docker/Kubernetes 기반 컨테이너 환경 관리 및 운영 보조

• Postgres/MSSQL 데이터베이스 운영, 백업/복구 및 모니터링 지원

• Datadog 등 모니터링/알람 시스템 운영 및 개선 활동 참여

• 시스템 장애 발생 시 원인 분석 및 재발 방지 대책 수립 지원

• Assist in the operation and maintenance activities of core IT applications, including cloud-based PMS/POS/Membership/etc systems.

• Assist in the operation and automation activities for Windows/Linux servers (including AD, GPO, IIS).

• Participate in managing and operating Docker/Kubernetes-based container environments.

• Support the operation, backup/recovery, and monitoring of Postgres/MSSQL databases.

• Engage in operating and improving monitoring/alerting systems like Datadog.

• Assist in root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures for system incidents.

• 현업 부서의 효율적인 업무 수행을 위한 사내 운영 지원 프로그램 (예: 스케줄링, 모니터링 대시보드, 지인호텔예약시스템 등) 기획, 개발 및 유지보수 참여

• CI/CD 파이프라인 (Jenkins, Bitbucket, AWS ECR/ECS 연동 등) 구축 및 최적화 참여

• 개발 및 운영 중 발생하는 문제점 분석 및 개선 방안 도출

• Participate in planning, developing, and maintaining internal operational support programs to enhance business unit efficiency.

• Engage in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket, AWS ECR/ECS integration).

• Analyze issues arising during development and operations, and propose improvement plans.

기술 지원 및 협업(Technical Support and Collaboration):

• 비즈니스 사용자 요청 분석 및 시스템 개선 방안 제시

• 새로운 프로젝트 시작 시 기술 PM 및 개발팀과의 협업 및 기술 지원

• 기술 문서, 배포 가이드, 운영 매뉴얼 작성 및 업데이트

• Analyze business user requests and propose system improvement solutions.

• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and development teams on new projects, providing technical support.

• Create and update technical documentation, deployment guides, and operation manuals.

신기술 도입 및 프로젝트 참여(New Technology Adoption and Project Participation):

• AI 기반 자동화 및 운영 효율화 프로젝트 초기 단계 참여 (솔루션 검토 및 적용 지원)

• Participate in the initial phase of AI-driven automation and operational efficiency projects (supporting solution review and application).

Preferred Qualifications:

• CI/CD 도구(Jenkins 등) 사용 경험

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Linux/Windows 서버 환경에 대한 기본적인 이해 및 사용 경험

• Docker 등 컨테이너 기술에 대한 이해 및 사용 경험

• Python, Node.js, TypeScript 등 하나 이상의 프로그래밍 언어를 활용한 개발 경험 (개인 프로젝트, 인턴십 경험 포함)

• SQL 데이터베이스(Postgres, MSSQL 등) 활용 경험

• 문제 해결 능력과 학습 의지가 뛰어나신 분

• 한국어 및 영어로 기본적인 의사소통 가능하신 분

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.

• Entry-level or up to 1-3 years of experience in related fields (IT System Operations, Software Development, Computer Science, etc.).

• Basic understanding and experience with Linux/Windows server environments.

• Understanding and experience with container technologies like Docker.

• Development experience using one or more programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or TypeScript (including personal projects, internship experience).
