Summary:
Inspire Entertainment Resort’s Leisure Services Team is hiring a Leisure Services Event & Activity Agent. This role is responsible for executing events, activities, and kids' programs, engaging directly with guests, and ensuring seamless on-site operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for guest service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate memorable experiences for families and children at Inspire Resort.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
• Event & Activity Execution
- Assist in executing key events such as Wellness Festival, Pool Parties, and Discovery Peak Cultural Festival
- Facilitate various wellness and leisure activities, including yoga sessions, running classes, and creative workshops
- Ensure smooth on-site event execution, assisting with logistics and participant support
• Kids Program Operations
- Lead and assist in kids' programs such as arts & crafts, play activities, and cooking classes
- Ensure child safety and create a fun, engaging atmosphere for young participants
- Communicate with parents and guardians to enhance customer experience
• Guest Engagement & Customer Service
- Provide direct support to guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Gather guest feedback and contribute to service improvement strategies
• Operational & Safety Support
- Prepare and manage equipment and materials for events and programs
- Maintain event spaces and activity areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Follow and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all participants
• Instructor & Team Support
- Assist instructors, vendors, and team members in program delivery
- Work closely with the Leisure Service Events & Activity Supervisor to optimize event and activity execution
Education and Qualifications:
• College diploma or equivalent experience in event execution, leisure activities, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in hospitality, tourism, events, recreation, or child education
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic conversational skills in Korean and English
